A team you can trust and rely on

A list of all our staff and their qualification will be available on request and in the office.

Staff allocated to our service users will be chosen in order to match their skills to the server user. In order to support our staff the managers may be included within the staffing levels which may change at the discretion of the managers to support any particular need.

Care staff will work on a rota system which ensures the service is well staffed by the appropriate number and skill mix, this includes weekends and public holidays.

New employees are inducted to national training organisation standard within three months of employment. We manage and train our staff with the aim to achieve minimum of NVQ Level 2 for example Health and Safety, Moving and Handling, Fire awareness and procedures, safeguarding adults, food Hygiene and a range of other training.

What do you do with new staffs?
