2. Face-to-Face Assessment
During the Face-to-Face Assessment, our dedicated Team will make sure that all the necessary care needs are provided for each individual. 3. On-Boarding
Evaluated by our dedicated Team, care will be provided and scheduled based upon the unique needs of each On-Board Service User. We make it our priority to be on top of every situation, ensuring that our care delivery remains adaptive and responsive to the individual's needs. Regular re-assessments will be conducted as needed, allowing us to make any necessary adjustments in a timely manner.
