Our Aim
Expectation Care Aim:
To provide Service User, Children and Young Persons with a choice on how they wish to have their care provided for them in accordance with their agreed plan of care. To foster an atmosphere of care and support with Service User, Children and Young Persons which both enables and encourages them to live as full, interesting and independent lifestyle as possible.
To ensure that at all times, our services comply with the requirements and standards of our registration and the Health and Social Care Act, 2014.
To provide services to where appropriate to Service Users, Children and Young Persons of both sexes over the age of 16 and over 18, the Physically Disabled, Dementia, Sensory Impairment, Frail and Vulnerable Adults, Illness including End of Life, with the basic task as daily living, shopping, running errands, assisting with medication, continence care, personal care such as assisting to bed, getting up, washing, cleaning, personal hygiene, nutrition, moving and handling, pressure ulcer care, shopping, assist in organising transport and running errands.
For service users who require higher levels of service for example
- Brain injuries,
- Loss of senses (eyes/hearing),
- Osteoporosis,
- Alzheimer,
- Sickle cell,
- Terminal illness,
Again we also endeavour to provide our Staff with the specific training required to meet the service user`s need in effect creating a special bond and understanding between our client, staff and the service provider.
